WHAT IS AN EMBROIDERED BADGE ?
A fabric rectangle (often the size of the pocket flap) overlock sewn all around the edge onto which we embroider 1 or 2 lines of standard text to your instructions.

.WHY RECOMEND EMBROIDERED BADGES?
With an embroidered badge you can make sure that the garment fits before attaching the badge. Many Mascot garments have special features in the chest area such as multiple pockets, key clips, magnetic fastenings etc making direct embroidery difficult but badges work a treat.

WHAT ABOUT RAIN RESISTANT GARMENTS?
An embroidered badge is the prefered method of decoration on many rain resistant or rainproof jackets as direct embroidery would let in the rain. Many jackets have a flap over the chest pocket to attach the embroidery to without affecting rain resistance

WHEN NOT TO USE?
Not on Tees or Hi Vis Nylon - These are better thermal printed. Not on polos, sweats, shirts - direct embroidery is better and sizing sample sets can be ordered then returned without too much expence.

BADGES COST £3 -WHAT DOES THE £3 COVER?
The price includes embroidering any text you desire in one of our standard fonts in a colour of your choice.
We can embroider your company logo instead of standard text but before we can do this we will need to digitise your logo at a modest extra cost. - SEE LOGOS

WHAT ABOUT DISCOUNTS FOR QUANTITY?
On average our customers buy 6 items of various types at a time and then repeat purchase 2 or 3 times a year for other items. Current prices reflect this purchasing pattern but for orders of 20 units plus we will quote you a special embroidery price.

CAN I HAVE DIRECT EMBROIDERY IF I WANT IT ?
Yes (if the garment is suitable ie no pockets or closures are in the way). We are pleased to discuss all the options with you but embroidered goods cannot be exchanged so make sure everything is correct before embroideringJust give us a ring ( or email us and we will ring you)
