WHAT IS THERMAL PRINTING.?
Special material has been created that can be cut on a vinyl cutting machine, the surplus is weeded away and the lettering is then heat bonded to the garment.
A version of this material can be printed with an external solvent ink prior to cutting creating multi-colour garment logos.

WHY USE INSTEAD OF EMBROIDERY?
Some logos are too complex to translate into stitches, Stiching is not good at reproducing fine detail. Large areas of graphic can , if embroidered, be unpleasant to wear if the garment is light weight ie backs of polos. Some garment are too flimsy to embroider ie Hi Vis waistcoats

CAN I RETURN THERMALLY PRINTED GARMENTS ?
Names once applied cannot be removed so exchange is only possible if the garment is faulty - not because it does not fit. Emroidered Badges overcome this problem.
Many companies stock some garments in all sizes so that they can be issued to new staff as they join. They have no problems with decorated garments.
