How much are the delivery charges?

UK Rates subject to order values:

Up to £100 : £8.50
£100 to £200 : £12.50
£200 to £500 : £18.00
Over £500 : Free

Products which display a lorry symbol have a carriage charge of £30.

If you live anywhere below, please call for additional postage charges. Scottish Highlands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland or Isle of Wight.

How will my product be sent?

Your order will be sent using Business Post. A signature is required for these orders upon receipt.

If you are placing an order from overseas please note that shipping cost and method will vary depending on your location and the size/weight of your order. If your delivery address is outside the United Kingdom the delivery charge will not be finalised on your bill and a member of our Customer Service Team will contact you to confirm delivery/shipping charges and add these to the final order amount.

When will I receive my order?

Owing to the enormous range that Mascot has on offer we use Mascot's central stores in Denmark as our stockholder so please allow 7 to 10 working days for delivery. We will contact you should any products go out of stock to give you a revised date or to suggest some in-stock alternatives

Non-mascot BLUE CROSS products are stocked at Melksham so we aim for 3 working days to ship
